1. The Republic of Kenya has obtained a credit from the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) for implementing the Kisumu Urban Project (KUP) and has reassigned the financing to the City of Kisumu. The City intends to apply part of the proceeds to procure fifteen (15 No.) motorcycles.
  2. The City of Kisumu invites interested firms to submit their proposals for delivery of the motorcycles. Interested firms must provide information to demonstrate their capacity to deliver the goods as detailed in the Bid document.
  3. Bid documents will be evaluated using the Quality and Cost Based Selection method as described in the Bid document.
  4. The Bid document can be downloaded for free from KUP, and Kisumu County websites (kisumuurbanproject.org; www.kisumu.go.ke) including DgMarket: http://afd.dgmarket.com/.
  5. A completed Bid document (one (1) original and three (3) copies),shall be deposited in the Tender Box marked “KUP Tender Box” at the City Hall, 1st floor, Court Road, Kisumu, Kenya or be addressed to;

So as to be received not later than 12:00 noon on 13/04/2017

Proposals shall be clearly marked Tender Number: CCK/KUP/SUP/1/2017/072 for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF QTY 15 MOTORCYCLES.

 

  1. Tenders will be opened on the same day 13/04/2017 starting at 12:00 noon (Kenya time) at City Hall Chamber in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend
